I got something in my eye. I called this guy's office and got an appointment the same day. The staff was friendly and nice. The doctor took care of my problem and explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Definitely recommend him.
I contacted the staff at the request of my spouse to ask them to please wait 1 or 2 minutes after closing so my wife could pick up her glasses. She works for UPS and never knows what time she will get off work. the receptionist told me that she could not do that because if she did she would have to do it for every one. After conversing with her as if she was kidding and after telling her I would not tell other patients she got rude and said I could speak to her office manager and continued to tell me I was out of my mind as I was asking to speak to manager. She told me good luck with that and connected me to manager. Manager gets on phone with attatude and hangs up on me as I ask what happened to customer service and satisfaction and makes reference to not paying overtime to staff. My Wife arrives 1 minute before closing and they tell her I was rude and demanding. I think they need instruction in customer service. I was very polite and did not do anything to deserve this type of treatment.
