They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was easy enough to find. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.

Dr. Van Coevorden is amazing. He was calm, patient, kind. He answered all of my ridiculous questions and explained things in a manner that I could understand. I would return for his services any time I had a need.

I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. One thing that's been so annoying about Reinier Van Coevorden, MD, is that they always end up postponing my appointments. I'm usually not even notified that they're going to postpone it until less than an hour before my scheduled appointment.
