I was worried that they wouldn't respect my views and opinions on parenting issues, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they were very respectful. I left feeling very encouraged. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice.

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.
