The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. I'm not always sure that they're going to work with me until they find a solution, and sometimes it seems like they're going to give up on trying to help me. I don't feel like I can always count on them.

They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They were friendly and gracious the entire appointment and made me feel at home. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.
