I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.

Dr. Du is thorough and very professional. She takes time to listen and answer questions and doesn't rush out of the room. She reads my file prior to entering the exam room and is aware of my ongoing conditions, coordinating care with the specialists I am also seeing. The waiting room is comfortable and I have rarely had to wait more than a few minutes for my scheduled appointment. Staff members make an extra effort to be polite, professional, and courteous.

I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.
