I was so mad when I left my appt that I came straight home and wrote this review so future patients won't waste there time or money. First of all there office address is not up dated! They moved 5 yrs ago from the address listed on this website. Second of all his bed side manors were horrendous. He asked me questions like a record player and didn't look at me the entire time. It felt like he was annoyed with me being there. After he asked all his questions ( that were exactly the same questions that I had filled out with the new patient paperwork) he left. When he came back he told me "I don't think anything is wrong with you but I'll do these tests anyways" and he didn't even check the one I was specifically there for. He didn't look at any of my notes that I had prepared for him about my history and symptoms. After I left I called to cancel my 2 wk appt since I didnt want to waste money "if therewasnt anything wrong". I will never go back nor recommend him in the future.

No, they were very calm and understanding

It was satisfactory

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Only with clear directions

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond

Their staff is one of the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Considering his specialty, it's difficult to refer him, but, in the event it's necessary, I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. Dr. Tignor saved my life and I am forever grateful. I pray God continues to work through Dr. Tignor to help many more.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!
