I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.

I have experience remarkable weight loss results..Going from a size 22 to a size 12.... in a year!!!!! You definitely have to be discipline with the program - keep up with appointments.. follow low calorie diet plan (no more than 1200 calories a day..- and if you eat right, that's a lot..find foods that are filling without causing you to over eat.. and excercise. When i say excercise you don't have to go out and purchase all these insanity videos.. that's crazy...I used my local cable tv excercise programs focusing on abs, thighs and butt, three times a week - Pilates is my favorite. Moderate excercise each week really helps in enhancing your weight loss results..

There's nothing more refreshing than to put on a pair of jeans you had written off because you couldn't wear them. I"m back in my skinny girl jeans...and loving it!!!!!!!This program works!!!!!!
