First blood draw "nurse" stuck my vein swelled up with a large bruise and it has been bruised sore for over 2 weeks. I'm worried that there is permanent damage to the muscle/nerves as my arm will ache. It isnt that hard to draw blood as the next time I had it done by someone who was more careful there was no mark at all within 2 days. Two times I asked for call backs and never got one. The one message they left me about my prescriptions they did not tell me which of the pharmacies (I set up for the first time with no real confirmation) they sent my drugs to so I had to wait all weekend to get them. Dr. Skees is fine, but the staff ruins it all. No apology for F'ing up my arm, no communication back, thumbs down.
