I got a lot of questions answered during my visit. I was happy that they were able to give me all the information I needed. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

Somewhat, they didn't want to listen to almost anything I said

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help

I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. The office was easy enough to find. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
