They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. All the parents in my community respect them, and recommended that I bring my child there.

Absolutely. They have plenty of nurse practioners and doctors as back-up support

Yes, they had everything for kids of all ages

my child has been seeing Dr. Ben since she was about 5 years old or so and i love it there at the clinic. the clinic for me was like a family there. my child now is 18 years old and yes she still sees Dr. Ben. I just can't seem to want to find another doctor for her cause he has been her doctor for so long. his staff is great too. i would recommend Dr. Ben to anyone who is wanting to find a great pediatrician.

I really love that they have plenty of doctors and nurse practitioners as back-up support for when the pediatrician is sick or unavailable. I feel a lot better knowing that someone will always be available when I need them. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I wish they had been a little more respectful of my values and opinions on parenting issues. They were a little understanding, but not enough.
