They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is friendly, welcoming staff. They are professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was relieved with such professionallism,this was my 5th surgery on my knee. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I know i wil need a knee replacement the next time,and I will definitely use Dr. Monmouth for all my arthritic surgeries.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I was very unhappy with front office staff . Not friendly was there 25 min. Before they gave me my new patient forms to fill out. Totally time in office was 3 hours five minutest of that was with the Dr.
