While waiting in the lobby you can watch tv although the volume is very low. Their lobby is vary spacious, clean and cold. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door but was not given personal attention until they called my name to verify my appt. The doctors are brief but very attentive and encourage you to ask questions.
