I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They made sure to find out about my obstetric history and every pre-existing condition before my appointment. This made the examination go a lot faster.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!

Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. They were so respectful and kind. They went above and beyond what I would expect and really made me feel welcome. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.
