Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places. They made sure to find out about my obstetric history and every pre-existing condition before my appointment. This made the examination go a lot faster. I can NEVER get through to ask about Billing. They never answer their phone and never return. I've had one person from the office return my call, then was told that a nurse named Alli was suppose to call me back, SEVERAL TIMES, but NEVER DID.

Not really. I usually have to wait a long time

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Very! The most welcoming office I've visited!

dr hanson scheduled surgery, and now, no one will return my calls, will not contact the hospital, will not return calls to the anastegeologist, will not call the patient, will not follow through after being pre registered, what a joke!!

How afwul!! No follow through, I am filing a complaint!
