They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They knocked before entering the exam room, which I found to be very professional.

They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them.
