I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. This is one of the friendliest and most welcoming offices I've ever visited. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.

Yes, I had to wait forever.

Absolutely Not! My appointment always conflicts with my schedule

No, they didn't seem to know much

I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.
