Not really, sometimes I worry they're going to stop trying to help me

They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I was uncomfortable that they were reluctant to seek any sort of outside advice when they didn't have an answer for my question.

Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of
