I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.

Every time I come here they always remember me by name. Dr. Kadir is very intelligent and caring. He addresses y questions in laymen terms and asks about other aspects of my life.

This office is a disgrace. They made an appointment for my wife at 1:30. It is a 30 minute drive. I took off work. At 3:00 I asked his staff if there was an emergency or something that was making him run late. The response was that he ALWAYS runs late. At 3:40 we left. There was still another patient in front of us who had been waiting since 1:15.

I am in a business that is run by appointments. I understand 5, 10 even 30 minutes behind - occasionally. But his staff obviously sees this everyday and appeared surprised that we didn't think it good standard operating procedure.

Too bad, doc. We can see another doctor. And I will tell everyone I know, including the referring physician, that they should go somewhere else.

Probably nobody will read this, but I hope he gets a copy if he is a member...

Never going back.
