Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I ended up spending quite a bit for my visit. They were very expensive. Every time they left the room, the staff would immediately begin complaining about how much they disliked working there. It made me nervous, and I didn't go back. They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer.
Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. I don't think they have any qualifications! There definitely wasn't anything displayed. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available. They never update their equipment. I was scared something was going to break. Every time I would start talking about my circumstances, they would argue with me or get mad. I was scared to say anything because I didn't want to make them upset.
