It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.

They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.

Dr Shaw Rice is the best doctor ever! Unless she moves her practice to another city, I will drive anywhere within the Houston area to see her. We moved outside of the city - approx. 22 miles - south of Houston but I don't mind drive the extra distance.

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and comfortable during each appointment. They are one of the most welcoming offices I've ever visited. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned.
