If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. This place had an average staff but I won't be going back. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me.
