They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.

The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.

The doctor was very friendly and nice, I always feel welcome there. The entire staff is warm and friendly. Dr. Frazier always answers all my questions and offers advice in a way that I understand.
