They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. The first an only time I visited this doctor, I was new to town asked for blood test to see if the medication I have been taking was doing any harm to my organs, the doctor flatly refuse to give me an order for any blood work he did however give me two perscriptions for anti-depressants and new nothing about me or my health he staired into his laptop the whole time.. I flew back to California to see my former doctor he had never heard of such a thing and happily ordered my blood work. I think this man is a complete idiot. I told my friend who recommended him not to ever suggest to anyone to go to him for any reason!!! I will never go back. If you value your health you will not either.

Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments

Kind of, but not very much

No. It took me several times to get through.
Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment?
Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting
