I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.

I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
