I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.
