I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, and made every effort to make me feel right at home. They are so friendly and inviting.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs.
