Dr. Shepherd answered all of my questions and has taken great care of my family. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.

I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.

They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. They were kind of friendly, but I wasn't very impressed. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. I went to "dr" shepard he gave me amoxicillin for my pnemonia. I spent more money and went to a real doctor and chest xrays prove that I do indeed have pnemonia. Dont waste your money on this quack. Family doctor
