I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. Very good bedside manners!!
