They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. The chairs they had in the waiting room were not the greatest. I wish they had put more thought into patient comfort. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
