They've never used foul language, which bothered me because someone posted that and it is so far from the Dr Kevin I know. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Their office was nice and the noise level commensurate with the amount of patients. I have never worried it would be overly loud. They always dress professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They make sure when diagnosing and treating me that I clearly understand the treatment and any information relative to my particular issue. Top marks for this office!

The waiting room isn't that big it's more long than anything but they always have lots of chairs it's just real narrow in between rows of chairs. The front desk ladies and the nurses that take all your vitals have always been nice to me. Dr Kuenstler however is RUDE I have never had such horrible service! I went in for an appointment and told him what was wrong with me and said that a couple of days ago I had been drinking with my friends and had way to much. The only reason i told him this was because the very next morning i was coming down with something and wanted to know if it could be related anyways, it was pretty serious as soon as i told him this his whole demeanor had changed towards me and everything i had said after that he would just raise his eyesbrows at me ask me unnecessary questions he was being very short with me. he hardly examined me and when he was done wrote me by prescription and said "heres your antibiotics" and stormed out of the room letting the door hit the wall. I will NEVER return.
