I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. What I liked was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt welcomed and think I will be returning. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.

The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, and made every effort to make me feel right at home. They are so friendly and inviting. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

I wasn't too impressed with their level of service. It wasn't terrible but I think that I probably could've gotten better service somewhere else. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I have already sent so many people here. They truly deserve more recommendations than I can give! I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.
