Dr. K and her staff are the best. My family have been a patients for many years. Dr Klima genuinely cares for her patients, following up to ensure successful treatment. They are one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I highly recommend her!

I made an appointment to see this doctor a week in advance, so that I could take the needed time off work, and coordinate other appointments for family members. When I made the appointment, I stressed how important it was to me to be seen promptly. With less than 24 hours notice, I received a phone call cancelling my appointment. To my outrage, I was asked if this was "okay". Of course it wasn't. I had re-arranged my work schedule, my family's other commitments, and given them plenty of notice. Of course, I'm not a doctor, but my time is still valuable. That's why people make appointments. I asked about other doctors covering the practice, and was told that there were none. I was given the opportunity to re-schedule, but I do not want to be under the care of a phhysician that obviously cares so little about the needs of their patients. This would have been my first visit, and I will not attempt to schedule another one. This sort of behavior is unforgivable in my mind, and shows this doctor's true disregard for the well being of her patients.
