They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. His staff is very friendly and professional. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time.

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I was happy and relieved that they were able to answer all of my questions. I felt like I got a good amount of information. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
