Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. I will definitely recommend them to people I know.
