First off.. SHE is the degreed doctor, and YOU are the non-degreed patient.
Therefore you will wait to be seen, the question is how long. Objections to the wait will only result in thinly veiled condesention.

Secondly, the office has old, 5-15 year old dated (non digital) x-ray, nuclear medicine, mammo, ultrasound, and lab equipment, with inferior image and data capturing/transmitting devices.

Physicians go into "independent practice" in order to break free from the hospitals, and make more money for themselves.. which is wonderful considering the unbridled greed of the huge corporato-hospitals.

The problem is, they lack the capital ($$$) to purchase the high-end newer medical equipment.

And after all, they DID go into business to keep more of that $$$ for themselves... so did they buy the 2011 model ultrasound machine, or the 5-15 year old one for 1/4 the price that still takes "okay" images?

How is your 5-15 year old computer performing nowdays?

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else
