There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I wasn't worried about their office equipment in the least. Everything seemed safe and up to date with current standards. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.
