The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I wasn't worried about their office equipment in the least. Everything seemed safe and up to date with current standards. I have already told tons of people about how great this doctor was. They really helped me with my condition. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance.Worse yet, I went in for an allergy shot in July, in Tennessee, there was no A/C on. It was sweltering hot. Other patients were in the waiting room sweating and fanning themselves. I thought I may pass out from the heat. Then, to top it all off, when I asked to speak to the doctor about the temperature, the staff informed me that the doctor was not in the office, even though they had just given me a shot that could potentially cause anaphylactic shock! I wonder who would have saved my life with no doctor in the office! I think I will move my allergy shots to another doctor's office!

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
