They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I will be able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. This is one of the only male doctors that I have been to that made me feel NOT threatened in every possible way.

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
