I love that whenever my child is sick, they get them in right away. I never have to worry that my child will have to suffer while waiting for an appointment. I refer them to everyone I know. They have always me with the utmost respect and realize my sense of need in getting my children in to see them. They deserve their 5 star rating! AK

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I love the way that they interact with both me and my child every time we visit. They always respect my child's individuality and make an extra effort to always include them. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.

Not at all. They ignored my questions

No, but they're usually seen pretty quickly
Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment?
Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood
