I can see now why they specialized as a pediatrician because they were so kid friendly. They put in the extra effort to make my child feel special and important. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.

I am not the type to ever write a review. However this doctors office gave me no choice. My son is 2 years old. Everytime he is sick I attempt the over the counter remedies saline solution, tylenol, etc. The reason I come to the dr is because what we are trying is not working and something is wrong. Once again this week I was turned away with no help. Everytime we go they glady take my co-pay, spend 2 minutes with him then say he is fine and send us out the door. Other parents at my childs sitter say they all have had the same issue and have switched dr's. Some have even taken their child to a second dr to find there was some serious illness Kid's First was just ignoring. I have offically transfered my child to Chester County Pediatrics today. If you dont mind paying for nothing and allowing your child to suffer when they are truly sick go see this dr!!
