This is one of the most dysfunctional and poorly run medical practices I have ever been in. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. Everyone seemed to be unhappy and they argued openly with each other. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I asked about immunizations and they were clueless. I will never go back there. I pity anybody who seeks care there. I saw this Dr Kalodner's picture in a Crozer newsletter and thought he would be good. The write up was a PR ploy. His practice and methods are shockingly inadequate. This place is TERRIBLE>

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
