They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. Best dermatologist I have ever been to.

Dr. Weaver should fire the rude woman answering the phone/taking appointments. I hope this comment makes him aware of the business he is losing by the unprofessionalism of this woman. I was refered by my primary care physician to Dr. Weaver, when I called to schedule an appointment, she rudely told me that the Dr is not taking appointments until next year, January 2011??!! When I explained that this was an emergency & that I was refered by my primary doctor she seemed little to care & started rambling off names of other doctors to go to.
