Not at all! They exceeded my expectations

The restrooms at this office were clean (as expected). It smelled nice in there and looked neat. They helped to ensure that I wasn't in any pain. If they play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I like the offices and the building and the parking.

They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question.
