I appreciate that they've never over-treated my child.. Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure. I wasn't too impressed with their office, I could tell they didn't take much pride in it's appearance. Not only were they unwilling to seek any sort of advice from anyone else when they didn't have an answer for me, they highly discouraged me from seeking anyone else's opinion. I felt like she was in and out without me fully explaining what was happening with my child. She was curt to the point of being rude. All that after waiting over an hour to see her. Staff looked like theydid not want to be there. A couple other patients in the waiting room said she was just a mediocre doctor. I'm new to the area so I think I will jus look for another doctor for my daughter.
