They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable
