I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times.
