My experience with Dr. Vexler was good. He is very personal able and has good bedside manners. However, my experience with his staff such as the receptionists; billing coordinator and his assistant were less than pleasurable. First Of All, I never really felt welcomed by his office. However, I did not allow my feeling to deter me from being a patient of Dr. Vexler, because I enjoyed being his patient. Dr. Vexler is very courteous, knowledgeable and attentive. However, the staff on the other hand was much different. The staff always seemed unpleasant and everyone appeared to hate their jobs. No one other than Dr. Vexler would welcome you with politeness, courtesy or a smile. My worst experience took place when I was 7mos pregnant. I was told by the billing coordinator Michelle that I had to pay my $600.00 deductible upfront before I delivered my child. (I was very well aware of this charge. I have two other children) When I express my concern and how I believed this was unfair to pay for a procedure that has not be rendered. I was told "This is how we conduct business in our office". I was extremely disappointed and very upset to be treated in such a horrible manner. I would NEVER recommend anyone to this practice!

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
