They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've visited. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. Dr. Hess is great at taking the time to explain what I need to know.
