I waited almost an hour in waiting area. I had a stress test 3 months ago, based on some unexplained chest pain . Received a call that everything was fine and normal. Yesterday I was in for a different problem, Dr. Frazer informed me that I DID have some heart problems and wanted to set me up for further testing. When I asked why the nurse told me I was fine and what if I hadn't come in TODAY, he had no answer. Shrugged off my questions. Their check out person was not friendly, no smile, didn't even look at me. I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find.

Due to my job lay off my children and I filed for the ohio medical card which I am blessed to have to a degree. However Dr. Mark Frazier was provided as our Family Doctor. So I called to verify the information. I was laughed out when asking if Dr Frazier was accepting Amerigroup and was told by the lady who answered absolutely not with a chuckle was he accepting new patients on those insurance plains and no we could not be treated there. Big smack in the face. Seems if your on any kind of medical card from the state your looked down upon, hope it never happens to them!
