I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul.

They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen.
